I was thrilled to receive an invitation from Music Box Helsinki and Marian Vinyl to create a fresh visual identity for the artist Marian and lead the entire design process for their new vinyl release. Given that Marian’s folk music draws inspiration from the emotional and love themes of the 60s, I chose a vintage style design reminiscent of the Beach Boys era. The design featured an old vinyl style in a pink color that added a touch of nostalgia and warmth. The color pink represents love, romance, and tenderness, making it an ideal choice for Marian’s lyrical themes.
